Ron Sansom is the Co-Fund Manager of Riverside Micro-Cap Fund. He also leads the fund’s Operating team, which includes operating partners and centralized finance organization.
Prior to working at Riverside, Ron was the President of Sensing & Control at Honeywell Automation & Control Products. He previously served as the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Kinetek, Inc. He also worked as General Manager of Control Products at GE Motors and Industrial Systems at General Electric Company, President and General Manager of Midwest Electric Products, and Plant Manager of Dothan Motor Plant.
Ron has an MS in Management from the Krannert Graduate School of Management at Purdue University and received his BS in Industrial Engineering from Auburn University.
Ron and his wife, Victoria, enjoy spending leisure time with their extended families in both Pittsburgh, PA and Huntsville, AL when they are not hosting them in Cleveland. Ron is also an avid golfer (or avid hacker to be more precise) and loves outdoor activities of any kind.
