Chief Executive Officer

Ed Grenvicz serves as the company’s Chief Executive Officer. Ed manages Mansell Group’s operations, finances, and corporate development. Ed is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience

He was previously Chairman of safedepositbox.com (SDB). SDB was the first to market with a totally secure digital file and paper document storage facility including e-statement delivery functionality and multi-user collaboration features. Prior to chairing SDB he was an investor and Vice-Chairman of Intellimedia. The genesis of Intellimedia was Intellimedia Sports, which was founded in 1992 to create and own the sports instruction category in the then-promising CD-ROM industry. Ed was earlier a founder of Southern Cellular Telecom and served as its Chairman and CEO from inception in 1984 through 1989. The company was formed to acquire an authorized Agency/Reseller license from Bellsouth Mobility. The company was sold to Resurgens Communications Group; an AMEX listed long distance and operator Services Company based in Georgia and Florida.

Ed’s experiences include co-founding a de novo state chartered community bank located in Atlanta. During this time he served the bank as Chairman of the Audit Committee and member of the Loan Committee. Ed has extensive international business experience, having bought and sold five companies in Austria and Eastern Europe during the early 90’s. Holdings included tool distribution and trade finance businesses located in the Czech Republic, a trucking company and commodity brokerage business based in Austria, and an insurance agency in Yugoslavia.

Ed is a graduate of the University of Georgia.
